This book has 8 stories which tell us moral. You may already have read some stories in this book when you were a child. You may think there isn't any thing which you can learn from the book. However, you will catch a new idea.
My favorite story in this book is "the thirsty crow". The story is about a thirsty crow. It tries to drink water in a pot, but it couldn't reach the water. Finally, It could drink the water by reflect on how to do. Thanks to this story, I found that it's important to think deeply in order to get what I want.

Jojo's Story

There aren't any more days. There's just time. Time when it's dark and time when it's light. Everything is dead, so why not days too?  This story is about war. One boy, Jojo, live in a village, but he lives alone. This village got involved with war. His family, acquaintance, and the other there were killed. Only Jojo survived from this happening. He lives alone. Wherever in this village he goes, there are dead bodies of persons who he is acquainted with.  As you know when you read this explain,  this story is hard to read on. However while reading, I was a little comforted by a writer of war. He came there and met the boy. He talks to him kindly and they make good relationship. This is the only scene which I got to like.
