posting HIGASHI's reviews and mistakes of Engrish

If you saw college students doing Onigokko, what would you think??? May 21, I went to the college to participate in Tousounau(逃走なう) which is one of PUK events. This event is so-called Onigokko. in this game, participants are divided into two different roles, some people who must run away and the others who must catch running people. The first-year students were people who must run away. If we finish this game without being caught, we win!! The game started! I can hear our members' shouts!! "A opponent is behind you!!!  Run away!!"    I run away hard. The range was within the college. I run and run like an elementary school student enjoying a lunch break. I forgot that I'am a college student and run. Eventually, I ended up running away. After this game, my brain was refreshed for a while. Onigokko may be good for your study.

Henry and Mudge are going to a family reunion.Henry is a little nervous there that he doesn't know. And what about Mudge? Will his relatives like big dogs? They'd better—Mudge is part of the family too! Today, I read  "HENRY AND MUDGE in the family trees". This content, as you would guess, is about their happy time with their relatives. I was able to read this book with fun, but this time, I want to review a different part. The part which I liked of this book most is the illustrations. every illustration of the characters is cute and makes me feel calm.These are painted by Susie Stevenson. When illustrations of books are what I like, I sometimes feel I'm in more attractive book worlds. I liked this painter a little, so I want to read other books which she painted. Reference  Rylant, C. "One day, Marisol and her grandfather find a skinny brown mutt sitting outside their house. Grandfather is worried about fleas and ticks and whatever. But Marisol persuades him to feed the dog leftovers from dinner. Can she convince him to give this outside dog a house?"   In today's English class, I read a English book called "The Outside Dog". In this book, though the girl wants to become friendly toward  a mutt, but her grandfather doesn't, his grandfather gradually changes his mind toward it by seeing her strong desire and connecting with the dog. I was impressed by her grandfather's having attitude toward her as neutral as he could have it.

Last saturday, I went to the shop which sells goods used in yosakoi festivals, with members. While waiting for members in front of the shop, a cat appeared. We petted it. That may have been the first time that I petted cats.

"Ray sees a guitar in the music store. He wants it for his birthday, but his father will not buy it for him. Ray buys the guitar. That is only the start of his problems."  What does this book mean? Does it mean that we should always listen to our friends' advice???  Today, I read "The New Guitar". The boy on this book liked a guitar and bought this one even though his friend advised him not to buy the guitar. Eventually, his decision caused a problem.  Sometimes, every people decides something based on their instinct. Instinct doesn't always cause bad consequences. However, I feel this story won't let me rely on instinct. that's why I couldn't like this book.   　

 Hello! How did you enjoy GW? I want to know it, so tell me later !  I went to the school twice to practice YOSAKOI during GW. Though it was hard to remember dance composition, it was exciting to dance with members.  However, I was exhausted by the preparation of Pre- Seminar .
