Ariel is her daughter. Just before the game started, Ariel entered her mother's balloon and got to sleep. While she were sleeping, the game started and all the balloon flew up. Carlotta and Ariel worked together to get by the happening. Her mother knows a lot of information to adjust balloons. Reading this, I got to want to ride a balloon like her.
